INFO & FAQ's To make this a great experience, please read the following so that you know what to expect and how to make it a fun family event.

Location/Parking: Beach/Kayak Launch at Proud Lake: http://bit.ly/bbklocation

Proud Lake Recreation Area is located in Oakland County/Commerce Charter Township, about 45 minutes northwest of Detroit. Take Wixom Rd. off 96-W until you see Powers Beach Rd. Follow this road, pass the cabins until you see a parking lot. Look for a feather flag with our logo & of course a bunch of Black & brown people! If parking fills up in one lot, there is another parking lot that you can walk through a small trail to get to event. Absolutely no parking in areas (on side of the road) that are not marked for parking. Park…
