About the event

Target demographic: BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People Of Color) youth ages 0 to 8 years old

Older siblings, families and friends are welcome.

Urban Forest School allows nature to teach us and permits children to engage naturally in the space. The principle goals are for children to grow as protectors of nature, take note of what's happening around them and overall nature appreciation.

We'll be exploring the Orange Nature Trail with our Park Ranger guide, Jazzmine. At the end of our hike the children will circle up for a brief moon ceremony ritual. Dress in layers, double the socks and don't forget your gloves. This trail is short and sweet however, not stroller-friendly.
