About the event

This is a FREE community preparedness educational event to share resources and skills on how to be ready for emergencies and the importance of working together in teams. So bring your family and friends and explore the question:  How Ready are You?

The event is based in an alternate timeline in a society where communities must come together to meet their needs.

Why Should You Be There?

Diasporic Afrikans (The Black Community) are often the most impacted by the lack of readiness during times of crisis. Together we will practice shared resilience while envisioning our thrival in the face of collapse.  This skillshare will be formatted like a science fair for emergency preparedness. You will receive a preparedness passport to travel around the village to learn essential skills. Skillshares range from water filtration, GO Bag prep, self-defense, to wild plant identification for medicine and food. Let's get back to the basics.
